Grass Finished Beef - No Antibiotics or Hormones Added
Triple D Ranch has changed its name.
The Wortley Ranch.
We have moved to Western Washington, back to where I grew up and most all my family live. We purchased my Grandparents small farm and continue improving our new home.
The Farm in Yachats, OR located at the Carson Ranch is being operated and the torch passed to our employee Tiffany and Ryan Miner. They will continue providing Grassfed Meats and Eggs and look to expand into Pork and Chicken.
The Miner Family can be reached at 541-270-5435 or at firstname.lastname@example.org
Oscar - British White Bull
My dream is to provide great tasting pasture raised Grassfed beef in the same way my families have been raising cattle for nearly 60 years and probably longer as my descencants were from Switzerland, Germany, Ireland and Norway. Cattle seem to be in our blood.
The Ranch, Referred to by locals as the Globe Farm, is located in an extinct town of Globe, Washington between Lebam and Frances. All that remains is the barn built from the remains of the last Lumber Mill. Gone now are the mill, blacksmith shop, post office and houses.
Rain is plentiful most of the year to keep the grass growing and plenty of sun in the summer and fall. The Ranch I operate is leased from Dave Habersetzer. He and his family ran cattle here since the 60's. It is a wonderful little farm with Pinnock Creek running along the pastures to the north and a pond dug in many years ago. If cattle could choose where to live they would pick here as a favorite spot. Alot of wildlife live on and around the farm and you can sometimes see coyote, deer, elk, bobcat, vultures, hawks and on rare occasion a bear or cougar. I have not had any trouble with wildlife except fence damage so we all live together peacefully. We are located at 2505 State Route 6, The sign "Globe Farm" hangs on the barn, if you are ever in the area, stop by and see the cattle.
The cattle I raise and market from my farm and farms with the same values we implement live in a stress free environment the way cattle were designed to live. Raised on lush green pastures, free to roam about and graze when hungry, bask in the sun and just live a cow’s life. We don’t believe in small confined living quarters or the use of antibiotics and growth hormones added to their feed.
We believe in caring for our Livestock humanely and always with a kind hand and caring for the land so it remains fertile for generations to come. The cattle we sell to you are not given hormones or antibiotics and are finished on grass not grain.
We are growing our business to provide you with a superior product full of nutrition and taste that will satisfy any beef eater.
We want to thank you for your support of America’s Farms and for taking the time to read about Pasture Raised Grassfed Beef. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
